I would like to thank Tara for doing such a wonderful job with my Botox and Juverderm. She is an absolute marvel with her injection skills! I have been to the doctors for botox before and not one of them has the talent Tara does with a needle. She will tell you everything she is going to do and puts you right at ease instantly. I honestly cannot say enough good things about these ladies, I have been visiting Giselle for my facial veins with laser treatment - she is absolutely wonderful and I can sure see the difference. I have visited this location twice in the last month. Luckily through the help of Groupon, I was able to purchase certain deals such as laser hair removal and other ant-aging treatments for a fraction of the price.\r \r The staff is VERY friendly and accommodating to your schedule. The rooms are clean and the ambiance just makes you feel relaxed.\r \r With or without a coupon I would return to this location in a heartbeat.\r \r Their regular prices are affordable, so I can stay with one place where my skin can be treated by the same person consistently- no more shopping around or waiting for the next online coupon and taking my chances with a new place. As a bonus they have a very generous referral program so I can get FREE treatments! \r \r It is very difficult to find affordable worthwhile places in The Woodlands/Spring area; this is definitely one of them!\r more

I received a membership for my 40th birthday. I have received one photofacial and one facial chemical peel thus far. I have to say the staff is veryprofessional and talk to you about each process which brings great comfort to me. Any time, I have anything done to my face (skin) it scares me...however, not here. I am looking forward to my second photofacial. By the way, friends and family have noticed a difference so far...with only two treatments. It's a great feeling knowing it is really working. Bella Beau MedSpa is licensed by the Texas Department of State Health Services (radiation department) www.dshs.state.tx.us/radiation/ Bella Beau’s license #s ZF10022 & ZF10023; and, our Aestheticians are also trained and individually hold a license by this agency to operate the lasers. The laser hair removal license is above and beyond their state esthetician license. They are all licensed at the “Senior” level which gives them ability to operate the laser, supervise, and sign off apprentice level laser operators. Bella Beau MedSpa owners include two doctors, and we employee a doctor, registered nurse, and a “Professional” level laser operator, who is state and nationally certified. staff is completely rude. Owners are a joke of a couple. The wife looks like a wanna be Jenna Jamesson whos on meth. You would think owning a ""spa"" she would get some help with that mug.. Who would alter their face to look like a cum dump? There is a no doctor supervision. They use his licesence to circumvent and loophole their way to illegally use lasers with staff who are not legally ALLOWED to use them. Look it up on www dot TDLR dot com. The doc comes to do injectables once a month and collects his kickback and is on his way. I was a client but after doing some research, I became aware of their illegal practices. Sadly to say most ""med spas"" operate the same way. Bella B is unprofessional, and rude. But what can you expect, you get what you pay for. They give out empty promises about the laser hair removal and when your ""package"" runs out and you haven't seen any SIGNIFICANT changes they just PUSH you into buying another package... I have been a member since August 2011.I love it! Very happy with the results. The staff is nice. I am treating 2 areas.It amazing! The technician that I am using is very good and knowledgeable. I have visited this spa three time for laser therapy. I was nervous and not at all convinced this was worth the time and the expense, but my husband, who has been made painfully aware of how much I dislike the spider veins in my legs, purchased a online certificate for my first treatment, so I reluctantly agreed to the process. Giselle is an absolutely delightful, kind, humane person. She was excited to show me how much the treatments could help, and has been compassionate and warm during the sessions. I am pleased with the progress and even though I will need more laser treatments, I feel lucky to have ""stumbled"" into this spa for the work. The spa is has convenient hour and is inviting, but most of all, the employees are competent, well trained and compassionate. Thank you! more

I purchased two laser vein treatment sessions through the Living Social daily deal. I had never been to Bella Beau before, but having spent thousands of dollars on these treatments elsewhere, the deal was too good to pass up and I decided to take my chances. I'm so glad I did! I had my first session this morning at the Woodlands location. I was warmly greeted and treated like a valued cusomer from the moment I walked through the door. Tiffany performed my treatment and she made the whole experience as pleasant as possible. As anyone whose ever been through a laser vein treatment can attest, the process is painful under the best of conditions. Tiffany not only helped guide me through relaxation techniques, she was also very proficent, knowledgable and professional. As unpleasant as these treatments can be, I'm looking forward to my other three sessions knowing that I'm in good hands and confident that I'm going to obtain optimal results for a fraction of the price that my previous provider charged. more

As a personal trainer I understand the value of one-on-one care and excellent customer service. I have been going to Bella Beau for almost a year and I have enjoyed a wide variety of services, from Chemical Peels to Microdermabrasion and various laser services. I love the Jane Iredale makeup. My skin is flawless and feels so good. I have dealt with all the staff and everyone is always very professional and excellent at taking caring care of me. I appreciate how they always take their time with every type of treatment. I appreciate the follow-up calls whenever I do a new service. They seem to really care beyond just getting your money and doing the treatment. Their new membership plan makes it very affordable for me to keep going. I always feel gorgeous and pampered when I leave there! They really have a first class staff and because of them, the service and results- I will be a customer for life. My mom goes as well. She does mostly facial laser services, and Botox and fillers. Before she started her skin was dull and sundamaged. Now she looks great and you would never guess her age! I am 25 years younger than my mom, but I know with the upkeep of my skin I will always look my best and younger than my age. more

I look so much younger when I have my forehead and eyes are botoxed. My husband just thinks I look relaxed- no more angry looking face. For some reason my eyebrows are lifted after getting botoxed, and my eyes look more wide open. It also improved the fact that my eyebrows are different heights. I guess a lot depends on the skill of the person doing the injection also. My co-worker recommended bella beau because she loves her results from Botox and getting her lips done. I will continue to have this done every 4 months. I look SO much better, younger, prettier with this and people even say that...not even knowing what I've done. \r I have since started their membership program because I can get laser treatments for much less than other places. I was getting facials somewhere else but they really weren’t doing anything to make me look younger. I have only had on photo facial and one laser peel, but my skin is looking softer and smoother already. I was told results will get better after I have done a few more treatments. The peeling process sucked but only lasted a few days. It is well worth the short down time over a weekend. With their facial memberships I can now afford to take care of my skin. \r more

I have been going to the Willowbrook Mall location and have had wonderful visits. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing and the staff is friendly, professional and helpful! When I went in for my first appointment they evaluated my skin and helped me pick the best treatment plan specifically for me. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood exactly what to expect. After only one month I have seen a huge improvement in the appearance of my skin!! I have been going to Bella Beau Medspa at Willowbrook Mall for about a year and half now. First year I did laser hair removal and got great results. This year I a enrolled in their monthly Microdermabarsion and Chemical Peel program. I LOVE IT especially after winter my skin gets so dry and flaky I look like the Creep keeper. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable and the estheticians are FANTASTIC! I also recently had my lips done. I my bottom lip is full and now I actually have a top lip! That place is addicting you get such great results you want to try new things. more

I am writing to give GISELLE five stars for service. I have been going to Bella Beau MedSpa about two years now for chemical peels, laser hair removal, and other treatments, and am in love with the service and products she has given me. I have really dry skin and have recently been breaking out due to hormones and stress. I went to Giselle a few days ago for a deep pore facial and chemical peel and my skin has improved dramatically. She cleared up the acne, evened out my skin tone, and left my skin feeling super soft! My co-worker today asked where I get my facials done because my skin is ""radiating""! \r \r After six treatments my underarms are hair free and now we are working on my legs. I am so excited!\r \r Giselle and the staff is absolutely wonderful! She is so personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She is up to date on the latest skin care products and treatments and keeps me informed! I would definitely recommend her and Bella Beau to anyone!\r more

I recently had a few things done at Bella Beau at Willowbrook. I will start by saying that the staff that I have come in contact with have all been very helpful and professional\r \r First thing I had done was SKIN TIGHTENING. I have to say that I was a bit pecemistic when I got my first treamtment. I recently had twins and I had a little loose skin on my tummy. After having the twins i thought 'OMG I will NEVER be able to wear a bikini with this situation!!"". After the first treatment I did notice my skin tighten some, but I thought that maybe it was my own body healing on its own, so i waited a few weeks....and no more changes. So i decided to go in for another treatment....and WAH-LAH!! more of a change...almoost instantly. I now know that it was the tightening that helped me get my saggy situation in a state where I feel good in a bikini again. :) I may not have as flat a stomach at I did before my 3 kids, but I am very satisfied with my results from skin tightening treatment. \r \r SECOND, I had a MICRO done on my belly. If any of you have ever had a baby, then you are well aware of that dark line that you get on your belly. eeeww I know!! Anyway, when you have two babies...well, being pregnant with twins means you have more estrogen and progesterone ...which causes an increase in melanin. Anyway, so I decided to do the MICRO and WAH-LAH!! I was so amazed how it just totally scraped off my dead dark skin and my belly area doesn't look like it has a dirt trail anymore. lol Very please with MICRO and I plan to do one more treatment just to make it smoother. \r \r Oh, and I also had Laser hair removal done before I was pregnant and it was FABULOUS!! I hate shaving and this made my job sooooo easy. I loved being able to wear a bikini without having to worry about shaving everytime i went out. I had never heard of this spa until it came across my e-mail as a Living Social deal. Instead of just clicking to buy the deal (seeing as the treatments offered were marked at 75% off), I did a little home work. Not only did I check this site, but also others. \r \r I came back to this site and decided to read each user review categorized by the number of stars the reviewer rated. I was especially curious after a previous employee of Bella Beau Medspa only rated the spa as a 2 stars. \r \r I sorted by the users who rated the spa with maximum stars. I went to each user’s profile and notice they all had only one review ever written on this site. In my experience, this is typical of someone who either knows the business or is part of the business who wants to boost their user ratings. Not to mention a number of the reviews were written on the same day. \r \r I am rating this spa low because the reviews with lower have common complaints and it makes this company appear to practice deceitful behavoir having the high rating it has managed to achieve on this site. I would heed the warnings and go elsewhere. more

I had 6 months of facial treatment plan with the Bella Beau Med spa Willowbrook Mall Houston TX .\r \r They have never done their services up-to the mark, especially the technician Missy who hugs alot and tell you "" Ever thing is fine, you are looking great"". \r \r Missy (the technician) did chemical peel on me.I started peeling so bad my husband cant even look at me, i was on house arrest for almost 2 weeks.\r \r I been told the peeling will stop in within 3 days but it went on and on and ever time i call they say sometimes it last for 7 days and so on..I couldn't take it anymore and finally on 10th day i called Med spa and the receptionist says ""You should have bought our $40 product which would have stopped your peeling in 3 days only"" F**KRS"".\r \r I went to the spa about 14 days from my chemical peel and got micro-dermabrasion which was a add on and got my face cleared up of all the peeling.\r \r The staff is very rude and the manager Elizabeth talks very bad and she is a racist. After my 6 months of membership was over they deducted $59 from my credit card. When i called them the receptionist hung up on me and never called back.\r \r Beside all this the services is all bad and they try very hard to sell their useless product to the customer.\r \r Never get the appoinment on our flexible time ,they make us pay for a worthless service and ask us to schedule according to their flexiblity.\r \r Overall my experience was horrible.
