I was hopeful that I would have been able to use their services. I called around 10am to have my facuet repaired and the woman I spoke to said someone would call me back. I called back 10 min to 5pm ... the first time it rang a few times and sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung it up, the second time i spoke with a girl but the connection was so bad that I couldn't hear her and she couldn't understand my name, the third time a man answered and said the office is closed but will have someone call me back... I asked when and he said tomorrow. Great! No thanks.
