I have my new hot water heater installed today by 1st Plumbing Services after the old water heater started leak a week ago. The outcome is above my expectation. I truly believe that 1st Plumbing Services deserve a 5 stars or higher rating for their services per my experience with it. 1st Plumbing Services are among top rating companies on the web customer reviews. However, after a few phone calls to those top rating plumbing companies, 1st Plumbing Services quickly became the number one on my list. When other companies were unable to provide any info for the available brand name & model number until the tech come to inspect your heater, 1st Plumbing Services tech, Stephen, does not only provide the available brand & model number to me but also agrees to search the model number I prefer for me with a very reasonable price. While installing, Stephen and David did the excellent jobs from taking down the old water tank from the attic to reinstalling the new water tank. Besides, they replaced those gas & water extension pipes and water dropping pan for me without an extra charge. Stephen and David also took an extra step to exam my existing water pipes & secure those existing pipes that originally left unsecured on the attic floor. When I showed my appreciation to them, they told me that they want to make sure that everything was done right. Per my great experience with 1st Plumbing Services, I will use it for whatever the plumbing services I need & recommend it to my friends and relatives. more

Once again 1st Plumbing Service to the rescue. We had another water pipe break under our backyard concrete slab yesterday evening. I took half the day off today to dig up around the slab. I called 1st Plumbing and asked for Stephen because of how great of a job he did for us last August. He was busy another call so David was sent over. And we were not dissapointed at all. David is extremely helpful and courtious. And was I showed what the problem was he had is fixed in thirty minutes and stayed a little longer to make sure everything was sealed up right and no more surprise leaks. I was hopeful that I would have been able to use their services. I called around 10am to have my facuet repaired and the woman I spoke to said someone would call me back. I called back 10 min to 5pm ... the first time it rang a few times and sounded like someone picked up the phone and hung it up, the second time i spoke with a girl but the connection was so bad that I couldn't hear her and she couldn't understand my name, the third time a man answered and said the office is closed but will have someone call me back... I asked when and he said tomorrow. Great! No thanks. more

I have had plumbing issues at my house since we moved to it in 2007. I went through several plumbing services before 1st Plumbing Service was recommended to me. On the first visit, they immediately told me what the problem was-water pressure was set too high. That was why we were having so many plumbing problems. The water pressure was turned down and the problems are gone. This service is quick to respond when I call and they guarantee their work. I would not use any other service. David and Steven are both very friendly and professional. I would not use any other service. more

I called 1st Plumbing Services to schedule an appointment to have my upstairs toilet's flange extended after installing new tile. David showed up on time, was very clear on what was going to take place and the cost involved. He also took the time to point out a rusted braided hose that would be easy for him to replace at the same time. It's nice to know that customer service is a priority for this company. I had leak near the water main on a Friday morning. The City came out and said it wasn't their problem and turned our water off.
