After talking to numerous techs, my issue was finally resolved. After telling a friend what kind of service I received and the price I paid, she laughed. There are other, smaller named techs out there that are very friendly. She referred me to her tech who has helped her and her family members for the past year now with pure satisfaction. His name was Jordan @ 763-225-7472. Very reasonably priced with a strong history as a pc tech.
