These other ""reviewers"" must not have used the same company that we did! I used a coupon that was sent in the circulars that come out on Wednesdays. I knew what to expect price wise when the technicians got here and a pre-inspection and exact price was quoted to me before any work actually began. I had the option to decline service at that point. The technicians did try to ""upsale"" the Dupont teflon application, but they were not pushy at all when we declined. Even servers at restaurants are taught to upsale items when given the chance so this was nothing unusual. I was happy with the service provided and the cleanliness of the carpets when they left. It does take a few hours for the carpets to dry completely but I would assume this is normal. There was no foul odor as some have stated and we had no problem with our servicing technicians.Tom and Tommy, the technicians who cleaned our carpets, were very nice, courteous, and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to use Steam King again and would recommend them.
