When I first went to Hanson Place Dental I had x-rays and a cleaning and was surprised at my experience. Both women were great: friendly and competent. I was surprised because when I first called to make the appointment the woman on the phone was really rude and abrasive.
However, when I went back to get a couple of cavities filled, the dentist who worked on me was HORRIBLE. He was extremely rough, didn't explain anything, and did incomplete work. One of the cavities was only partially filled. He didn't remove all of the cavity and then just threw mercury filling in there. I can still see the cavity. I had the mercury in my mouth - I kept spitting it out for 20 minutes after the work was over. I told the women in the office about my experience but nothing was done.
A week later and I'm still in pain - wake up in the middle of the night pain - and have had a fever - which I'm guessing means I have an infection from the work.
Now I have to find a new dentist and have them fix the tooth - go through the shots and drilling out the mercury all over again.
I wish I could give them a positive review because like I said the ladies that did the x-rays and cleaning were great. But beware of the dentist!
