At the recommendation of my therapist, I started attending Vince's Wednesday night lectures. Though I would not have characterizes myself as an "addict" before attending the lectures, I soon realized that the 12 steps that Vince advocates are applicable to anyone. His message is positive and encouraging. I also started attending the meditation sessions after Vince's lectures and have found them uplifting and inspiring. And Starting Point also hosts the Joyful Gathering Spiritual Center on Sunday mornings. Spiritual Director Margaret Palagye is a joy to be around and listen to. I never leave the service empty.
