Went to buy a new 2012 Honda Civic Ex sedan. Got an internet price from Mark Nelson, and everything went just great. The 2012 model has only been out a couple of weeks, so the best price I could get was "good" -- no reason to cut me too good a deal for their brand new model. Even so, we still got a price below MSRP for a new model that just came out that month (same as the Costco price I was given during my car shopping).
As it turned out, the car we were buying was sold while we were filling out the paperwork, and the other one they had in the same color/model had a dealer package added on. YET, they sold me the other one with the extra package for the same price! Now that is great customer service! Mark Nelson was great to work with, as was the finance guy, Gary Curry (no hard selling, and a really great financing rate). A very pleasant experience indeed.
