I was down and out thinking that I had a repair that would be over $1000. I even asked if it were possible to split the payment so I could make ends meet. Bobby graciously volunteered to temporarily shore up the area of the car that was rattling horrifically to get me by until my appointment. Low and behold, in rooting around he found that it was not even an issue. The shop had the parts (just a few bolts as it turned out) and a quick fix of 15 minutes had me out the door with no charge. A little extra customer service in this case really paid off. I'll not go anywhere else.
