I have had my Saab serviced at Independent Volvo on a few occasions. Unfortunately, this experience was not as good as my previous. My driver's side window stopped working which is the reason I brought the car in. I also had it looked over for what might be needed as normal maintenance. It was suggested that I get several items done as part of my 130K service. One item was a flush of the brake fluid. I had to inform Bobby that the brake fluid had been serviced at my most recent visitthis would have been unnecessary maintenance. I think you should review my maintenance history with you before you recommend I have service done. In addition, when I picked up my car, the electric trunk opener, which is located on the same door panel that the window work was done, didn't work anymore. I had to return to the shop to have the switch reconnected (it was disconnected for the window regulator replacement). Lastly, it looks like the work done on the door panel was done with dirty hands. There were several smudges and smears I have had to clean off the door panel since picking the car up.
