Wow..Shawn was honest about the job at hand. He gave me options to help me make an educated decision if I wanted his company to do the job. That was a great customer service moment for me. In additon to that he explained that he would come back the next day and do the job and he did and was on time. He was courteous. Shawn ensure he cleaned up behind himself. He showed me what he did and made sure my ice maker and water was working properly. Thank you for finalizing my new fridge purchase and made it complete for me. I hope that if I have to reach out to you all in the future that I realize that the service is cloned by your peers.
