While having work done at JBZ I mentioned I was doing some work on the car myself because JBZs prices were too high. This statement sparked emotions that could only be topped by the Mount Saint Helen eruption. About a week later I brought my car to JBZ for inspection. I left the car there in the night with instructions. After several phone calls and two days later, the job was not done. I was told they had no time in two days to do a twenty minute inspection for me. I took the car elsewhere.\r

When you allow personal feelings to influence your business decisions, It's like driving your car on an unpaved road. Driving gets very bumpy and dangerous.\r
While its understandable how Joe could feel this way, he used bad judgment and displayed a very unprofessional reaction. Could you imagine an insurance company dropping you because you said there prices were too high? ...Shame on you Joe.\r
