This group is great and are always willing to work with you to get through a problem. I have been giving them my business for the past 6 or 7 years now and I only trust them with my car issues. This is the kind of group that I would feel very comfortable recommending to family, friends and others that might have a car problem. There have been times when I just dropped the car off and somehow, within their busy schedule, they found a way to get it back to me that day or the next......not at all a expectation I would have had. Other times they have called me and told me the problem was a difficult one to isolate and they would need to keep the car an extra day, very reasonable to work with. Wow I could not be happier with the service I received at JBZ . I brought my car there with a check engine light on and a weird noise that 3 other shops in the area could not figure out. I had the car back That afternoon with no check engine light on and the noise gone. I could not be more happy with the service I received from Joe and his son. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional shop that dose professional work. Thank you Joe you now have one more life long customer. more

This statement sparked emotions that could only be topped by the Mount Saint Helen eruption. About a week later I brought my car to JBZ for inspection. I left the car there in the night with instructions. After several phone calls and two days later, the job was not done. I was told they had no time in two days to do a twenty minute inspection for me. I took the car elsewhere.\r Conclusion:\r \r When you allow personal feelings to influence your business decisions, It's like driving your car on an unpaved road. Driving gets very bumpy and dangerous.\r While its understandable how Joe could feel this way, he used bad judgment and displayed a very unprofessional reaction. First off, if you are looking for a backyard mechanic that will band aid your clunker for $20 this is not your place. On the other hand if you are interested in maintaining your car and having repairs done to factory/dealer quality then Joe and JBZ are a great place to go for a lot less money than a dealer. I have been using JBZ for over 10 years, my experience is always positive. I have gone in telling them "I think I need brakes all around" a fairly expensive job, and left with a much less repair because they only repaired what really need to be fixed. I have 100% faith in the integrity and skill of the nice folks at JBZ. more

In defense of our company, "Lyn G's" Ford Taurus came in with a misfire on cylinder number 5. As we were diagnosing the misfire, one of her rusty brake lines burst due to pressure on the weak metal. JBZ claims no responsibility to the customer's poor condition of their vehicle. This was truly a misfortune for Lyn but as a business we cannot be held responsible for a situation like this. If we do something wrong we will always back up our work because we are honest, good, hard working people. Our customers are our main concern and we try our best to make each and every one happy. Its just sad that we only get the people who are very hard to satisfy responding about our business on this website. more

Same as previous complaint---car needed a tune up----NOT DONE---they ended up fixinf brakes due to "JOE'S" mistake----to the tune of $440.00---after that who can afford a tune-up on a car not worth the mistake "JOE MADE" more

Conveniently located in Campbell Hall, personable owners, small shop, brand new facilities. Kept taking my money, not fixing the problems. "Fixed" things that didn't need to be fixed, all I needed was a tune-up, which I got elsewhere. more
