This Animal Hospital is so over priced. They have changed all of their staff members and their manager is so rude never wants to be polite as if she is so angry. Every time I come up there I see different people and no one really knows what is going on. On several occasions I have heard people yell at the animals in the back, while I was sitting in a lobby and it scared me to even leave my dogs there. I have 2 pit bulls and they are so sweet and last week was my very last time going there. Only God knows what they do to my pets while I am away. Receptionist is very rude and always short on the phone. This young male doctor is so ignorant and very stupid like. I do not trust him at all. Only doctor that sees my dogs is female doctor Horten. She is amazing.\r

In my opinion they need to bring their old staff members back and fire all of these people.
