Not much was done for my initial $39 service. My furnace was blown out because it was "dirty", I didn't get my free freeon because it is the wrong time of year and too cold to check. I did have enough confidence in them to sign up for a 5-year plan to keep my system running and clean but will have to withhold any judgement until I actually see their work.
