I purchased a water heater from Solar Bear, they also induced me to purchase a 5yr service contract,incl replacing pipes for all plumbing in the house.The contract promises twice yearly inspection & cleaning of plumbing & a/c in the house. So far, so good. Hopefully they stick to the contract promises. They also sent me a gas rebate, which could've come from the gas co. but turned out too complicated, which I appreciated.
