Rick was great! He noticed that my AC was not level and he and his trainee leveled it. He was helpful in explaining things. My lack of enthusiasm about recommending Solar Bear is due to my interactions with Mike Bidwell. I'm still not certain my AC needed the single replacement part he sold me for $150 (check made payable to Mike) on his initial visit, nor do I have complete faith in the need for the other parts that were replaced. I give you high marks for the duct cleaning and for the AC clean up done by Rick, but I'll have to have more good interactions with Solar Bear before I can recommend you to my friends.
