I have already recommended Solar Bear. They're not quite done yet with all my projects. I've had them do all the heating and the plumbing for my houses, and I have six houses. All the guys are pleasant to work with, and they clean up after themselves, which is really important to me. I don't want to walk around the house and trip over stuff everyday, especially if somebody isn't coming back for awhile.
Nothing is cheap, and I can't tell you how much money I've spent so far, especially because I've got six houses. So far, Solar Bear has put in four new furnaces and air conditioning systems, they've replaced all the ductwork, and then the plumbing.
The first time they were out here, it took them a good minute, but I told someone, and he got it all straightened out. They learn from their experiences. Now they call to say they are on their way, and that's all I ask, so that I don't sit home all day and wait for someone to show up.
