Do not use these movers. They will cheat you. I tried to hire them for a local CT move and 2 days before the move, they told me I had to pay for a lot of extras. To me, it was clearly a bait and switch situation and they played good cop/bad cop between the sales rep and the manager. After an argument over the phone and the manager yelling at me, I just couldn't trust these people with my furniture. I would recommend you use a firm that gives you a flat rate without any hidden costs. I agree with the other reviewer: Totally dishonest and unprofessional.
