My air conditioner stopped working in my house and I couldn't get anyone on the phone to help me. Until I called Infinity. They answered the phone immediately, scheduled a time that was most convenient for me. When they arrived at my home, they took their time to diagnose the problem, explaining to me all my options and helped me completely understand the root of my problem. When it was repaired, they were clean, friendly and very open to answering all of my questions. Unlike so many people in this business, they don't try to take you for all you're worth. I have FINALLY found my new A/C and heating company and will never use anyone else!
