I am so disappointed with Mountville Family Practice. I love my doctor, Dr. Butler. She is thorough and understanding and I feel like I truly found a doctor who cares. I am very disappointed at her office staff. Twice in a matter of weeks they neglected to provide her with paperwork which prevented me from getting a biopsy in a timely fashion. I wouldn?t normally be this enraged, and I certainly would never write a negative review if a possibility of cancer wasn't the issue. If you are a person with general medical issues I would recommend the practice, and I would absolutely recommend Dr. Butler, however, if you require a practice that is honest, thorough, and truly cares about their patients or have medical needs that are beyond a cold or flu, I would urge you to seek care elsewhere. The only words I can use to describe everyone else at that practice aside from Dr. Butler, is extremely awful and I am saddened that I will no longer be able to see my doctor as I wouldn?t subject my cat to that environment. Plus, they lie. They lied to my face stating they never received the paperwork and I saw them pull the document out of a generic folder, not my file. They also lied to the social worker from the hospital who was assisting me in obtaining a biopsy who called and confirmed the receipt of the fax. Hmmm
