i've used chris bee's services before, and i had a very pleasant experience. in fact, i was quite impressed by him. he did a great job finding us a place. in ausin, it is tough finding an apartment without using a realtor. he showed us five properties in the area that we wanted, and he drove us to all of them. he also doesn't try to sell you on the most expensive or try to get you to go beyond your budget. i would definitely use him again.
