when this business first opened they were quite good , but I have noticed as the years have gone by things have drastically changed. I have three dogs that have been cared for there over the years, but I am now going to a new vet. Routine visits...ok. Knowledge of vets.....good. But people skills, front desk, and communication with vets........not good at all. The level if service and satisfaction is indigent on which vet is there on any given day. Unfortunately, the vets there are not all equal and that us unfortunate. I do not know how many are on staff at the current time, but who you see WILL make a difference. Perhaps that is why some people rate them as excellent and others as unsatisfactory. However, consistancy in quality of care is just as important. Who knows what day your pet may become ill and which vet will be in duty? Several bad experiences made me go elsewhere!
