While I don't like getting my car dinged in parking lots by anonymous drivers, I do LOVE the fact that the process of filing a claim with State Farm and Carlos Acosta it is incredibly easy, and takes the complicated RIGHT out of auto claims! Thank you so much! I am an incredibly busy Mom, and the ease of just making one phone call and getting the claim under way in just that phone call was such a time saver.
