I ordered a take out sandwich which included a side. The girl on the phone read me the list of sides, I chose one and went to pick it up. The owner charged me almost $5 extra for the side! I said that the sandwich I ordered included a side. Very arrogantly he said ""No it doesn't come with a side"" I told him I had a menu that said it did. He said"" Well you must have an old menu."" I repeated what the girl on the phone had told me. He said ""Well she's not here but you can wait for her if you want but I am telling you it doesn't come with a side"" At this point he had already taken my money and was handing me my change. I asked if I could see a menu. He showed me one, which was scribbled on and then said ""We are in the process of getting new menus. This wrap does not come with a side"". Un-freaking-believable attitude and arrogance!!! The floor was not clean, the counter was very cluttered and the sandwich was dry and tasteless! I will not eat there again!
