This customer never had the annual service done since we install the sump pump after her sump pump failed due to no maintenance she hired a plumber to install a new pump and she ask us All Pro Basement to pay for someone else's work she avoid our warranty by letting the plumber replace the pump.We recommend that all sump pump should be service once a year.
