Unfortunately, we've had a bad experience related to All Pro's warranty. Our basement flooded last spring due to a sump pump failure installed by All Pro, which was under warranty. After several conversations, in a September 10,2010 email, All Pro agreed to pay for the replacement of the primary sump pump. They said their office would ""mail a check soon"". As of today, we're still waiting for payment. We do not receive responses to our telephone calls and emails even though their website says they have a team to handle these issue through to resolution.\r

Their website also says in big, bold letters that they are ""in good standing with the BBB"". I doubt an 'F' grade qualifies as in good standing.\r
