I was happy he showed up here on time and when he said he would be.He was knowledgeable and instead of replacing the whole ac system he fixed the problem also he did a check to make sure is was working the way it was supposed to before he left. He was so polite, and courteous it was refreshing! reasonable rate as well...I am very satisfied I would call them again for service or repairs.
