We called them Friday afternoon. They got here a few hours later and did a great job. They were very friendly, patient, and thorough about explaining and doing what needed to be done. Their rates were reasonable and we will definitely use them for future plumbing needs. Very professional, and highly recommended!\r more

I had an air conditioning emergency late at night. Two companies would not come out. But Snell Plumbing did. He arrived between 10:30 and 11 p.m. He was polite and efficient, and the charge was reasonable. Furthermore, he did not try to scam me with a sales pitch -- just made the repairs and left for his next appointment.\r more

The plumber was professional and pleasant. He thoroughly explained what, why and how he fixed our plumbing problem. He was thorough in explaining the service contract and answered all of our questions. If I were to need any more help with my plumbing, I will definitely will be calling these guys up again. We were very impressed with Snell Plumbing & Heating. We called up in the morning, they let us know when they'd be over. Then the technician called to say he was on the way. The gentleman who came over was extremely friendly and explained everything in language we could understand. All in all, we would not hesitate to call them next time. more

GREAT experience. He talked to me respectfully and explained several options for the repair. He was also incredibly affordable and didn't go for the big repair just to make money. He gave me options and timing and next steps so I could make an educated decision. more

Shell Plumbing & Heating did a wonderful job both times we needed them. The man who fixed our plumbing repairs was prompt, they were friendly on the phone and the work was done quickly. He cleaned up after his service - a big plus. He was personable and did a great job. Thank you! more

I usually do minor plumbing repairs myself because I have had bad experiences with pros I've used in the past. BUT, since I've been using these guys for the last year, I pretty much just call them up directly before even checking out the problem myself. I am perfectly fine just sending them to the tenant without me and trusting that the work will be done. I never have to worry about pricing or reliability with these guys. They even clean up the floors real nice after they are done working. Thanks and keep up the good work! more

Good honest plumber 4/20/2011

I have to say Snell did a great job removing the violation I had on my two buildings. The situation got very complicated, and things had to be done in a certain order. It broke my heart that I had to remove the plumbing fixtures I had in the basement apartment, but he was very patient, answered all my questions (several times) and when it came time to do the deed he arrived on time and got it all done in an hour. I went to him for the reasonable price, and he gave me good value for the money I spent. more

Earned my business! 4/19/2011

My bathroom drains started barfing so you guessed it, we had roots in our pipes. Snell was really nice and courteous. He wore these OR foot slippers over his shoes and was super clean. I never once felt awkward or like a prisoner in my own home. Upfront and honest. No hidden add ons to the bill. He has earned my business. more
