I usually do minor plumbing repairs myself because I have had bad experiences with pros I've used in the past. BUT, since I've been using these guys for the last year, I pretty much just call them up directly before even checking out the problem myself. I am perfectly fine just sending them to the tenant without me and trusting that the work will be done. I never have to worry about pricing or reliability with these guys. They even clean up the floors real nice after they are done working. Thanks and keep up the good work!
