I have to say Snell did a great job removing the violation I had on my two buildings. The situation got very complicated, and things had to be done in a certain order. It broke my heart that I had to remove the plumbing fixtures I had in the basement apartment, but he was very patient, answered all my questions (several times) and when it came time to do the deed he arrived on time and got it all done in an hour. I went to him for the reasonable price, and he gave me good value for the money I spent.
