This is the second house we have been in in Colorado Springs; we have been here 9 years. The first house we rented was a lovely home with lots of carpeting. Our dog was sick and had an accident; I was really concerned that the carpet would be ruined. I didn't want anything to happen with the carpet.
I called Chem-Dry of Colorado Springs late in the afternoon, and they told me what to do until they got there. What they said really saved the carpet. They cleaned it, and it looked like new. I really valued their information.
Recently, in our new house, some Windex fell over and discolored the carpet. When I noticed it, the spot was green. I poured water over it, as per their instructions with the last stain, and called them. I left a message, and they came promptly to get the stain up. It was a difficult stain.
I have been a long time customer, and I value the fact that they are flexible and can come out to clean the carpet promptly. They will also tell me how to work on it in the meantime. I think they have been very helpful with that immediate feedback.
