This is the first review that I have ever written. Flying Sumo's customer service was that bad that I am willing to take the time and write a review. The sushi was very good but our waiter was a completer jerk the entire visit.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere. The waiter was no help in giving input on menu items and just seemed put out with every question that we would ask him. He should honestly be fired based upon the quality of his customer service.
He would constantly ask us how everything was but then when a member of our group replied with ""I really don't like my dish"" (after just a few bites)...we then waited for a reply such as...""let me see what I can do""...but NO. Instead he responded with ""Well, that's the choice that you made"" and simply walked away. What a total jerk. Good food and good company, but terrible service the entire time. I will NOT be dining there again EVER. Best of luck to you.
