The owner of this company is a complete joke! I can't believe how many properties they manage. Andrew, the owner, treats no one with respect once he gets that application fee. Talking to him about repairs to your rental unit is like pulling teeth. The unit I rented was really nice and clean- until I decided to finally use the fireplace and found a meth pipe in there. Save your money and don't apply to any of their listings! They care about nothing but money
