TERRIBLE experience!! Do not go here. Do NOT purchase groupons, living social, etc. for this spa!
Its impossible to get an appointment. the owner is completely UNPROFESSIONAL, mean, disrespectful, doesn't care about her staff, business, or the clients. Even the massage therapists agreed with how unprofessional the owner is.
It took me months to get an appointment, they had the time, treatments, and day of week incorrect. the owner didn't try to solve anything and yelled at me.
once we finally went for our package the owner wasn't there to open the building. all the therapist were locked out waiting outside in the cold along with 3 clients. owner showed up 10 minutes late with no apology. the only thing she said was she got her period and had cramps. she then went on to be rude, gave no eye contact, and offered incorrect services. she yelled at the clients to keep their voices down while in the lobby even though we were the only ones there. she told the therapists that we could still have an hour treatment even though she was late.
as we were leaving we stopped at the desk to leave our tip and she was rude and yelled at us again. We will NEVER go back. Word of mouth is the best referral DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!
