I don't know about the last review, but my experience was great. If you ask me, April Lane's Cleaning in Seattle is the best thing since couples massages! Always professional, timely, and trustworthy. Let the numerous terrific reviews speak for themselves. I have used them more than once and have never had any problems. It is hard to find time to get a deep clean, I usually only have time to pick up my place, do a little dusting and vacuum once in a while. So I have a deep cleaning once every few months. If I wanted to be picky, I am sure I could find a couple things to complain about but who couldn't? All in all this is a very good service.
