When I first started with April Lane's several years ago, I was very happy with the house cleaner that I had, and she worked in my home for about two years. Since she left about two years ago, I have been very unsatisfied because I have not had the same cleaner for more than only a few times, and the cleaners have been just ok. I keep being told that a new cleaner is going to be assigned to me only to have constant turnover, with excuse after excuse. April Lane's is expensive and no longer worth the price. more

Sticking with April Lane 3/4/2013

I'm very happy with April Lane's services, which are consistent and professional. Our house is always adequately cleaned for a fair price, but what I find most impressive about the service is the management team's attention to complaints. We've had a few problems with the rare substitute cleaner (although the service always warns us of substitutes in advance), and the managers gave promptly and politely responded to our concerns. I feel very comfortable endorsing April Lane's. more

April Lane, I am a very busy person and your services helped me be able to have the confidence to have some family over for dinner. I've been using April Lane's for several years and greatly appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to be flexible with my cleaning needs. The staff (office and cleaners) are skilled and as an added bonus very fun and kind. I've worked with many area cleaners over the years and April Lane's is by far the best. more

Best Seattle Cleaning Service 3/18/2011

If you have kids and lead a busy life and live in Seattle then you need April Lane's. Our house has never looked better. Great price for the great service. My kids are savages and my house pays the price. It is hard to find the time to get in those deep cleanings between all of the kid's activities and my own as well. Thanks to April Lane's Home Cleaning of Seattle I don't have to spend one whole weekend each month deep cleaning... Instead I go to the spa! more

Really happy with service 2/21/2011

Used April Lane's for a move out cleaning. I have to say I was impressed. Especially considering that parts of my old apartment were, let me be honest, a little gross. But they took care of it. Such a huge burden lifted not having to worry about anything in the apartment walkthrough. Plus they were a little flexible with the start time. Overall very happy and recommend. more

Excellent Service 1/19/2011

I just started using this service and I'm really impressed. Getting everything set up was easily managed over email. The initial quotes were spot on and less than I anticipated. The cleaner was able to accomplish more with less time than I could have hoped for. Highly recommended. more

Probably Seattle's best cleaning and maid service. I will never find out because they do such a fantastic job I do not feel the need to try any more home cleaners. Others I have tried have been somewhat sketchy but April Lane's is very dependable and trustworthy. more

April Lane's is extremely well managed with easy scheduling, clear agreement on services to be provided, competitive pricing, and professional staff. My cleaner did a beautiful job tending to the details and eliminating the drywall dust that had covered every square inch of my home. I was so pleased with the service and will definitely hire April Lane's again! more

Always Thrilled When They Come 10/19/2010

I have used April Lane's house cleaning service twice a month for a bout 6 months now. They are very thorough and when do I leave a note to bring something to their attention, they always get it done. I have had problems with other cleaner being to rough on appliances and scratching my stove top. April's group of cleaners does a great job every time. more

Amazing Service 9/17/2010

What an amazing family owned cleaning company. We had another cleaning company but I let them go because they were late, never cleaned how we wanted. When April Lanes Home Cleaning came in they made our floors sparkle, each bathroom looks fabulous even with kids and our kitchen well it was restored to new. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job. Fantastic Job 9/16/2010

I just wanted to say that I was very very happy with the work done in the house. The girls were right on time and ever so nice and professional. They did such a great job cleaning the mildew in the edges of my walk in shower that the tile is gleaming there. We did a walk through when they were finished and they were very thorough cleaning light switches and getting into the edges of all the floors. I must say the floor feels great on my feet. I also really want to emphasize how pleasant the girls were. I was very comfortable having them around and very comfortable leaving the house while they worked. more

I admit, I am a control freak and had been reluctant to have help around the house because I though the quality would lack. Boy was I wrong. April Lane's did a fantasticly thorough job on my initial deep clean. They were on time, dependable, did exactly was outlined, communicated along the way about the priorities I had outlined, and finished on time. I can't wait to have them back. Oh yeah, there customer service is fantastic and they really did get all the nooks and crannies. more
