I ordered a laptop on a Saturday at the hhgregg store located at 8160 Renaissance Pwky, Durham, NC 27713.
I was promised that while it was not in stock that one be delivered on Tuesday between 12-3 pm. I called the store at 12:45 to see if they had a better thought on the time. I was told that they didn't have my laptop and it would be delivered later. I explained that this was not what was promised and was switched to a manager for further explanation.
The manager, already rude, told me that the trucks to this store are on Monday and Thursday and that I would be called whenever it got there (not on the next truck just ""whenever""). I tried explain to him how this was unacceptable and I would tell everyone about this when he cut me off and said ""I'm just going to refund your money because I don't have to stand here and listen to you.""
