I found a used vehicle online and sent them an email along with a financing application. I was contacted a few days later and asked them about my financing application and if it had been approved. We went back and forth, each time they never answered my question and they kept giving some speal about being the best at customer service blah, blah, blah. Finally I told them I was only interested in that one vehicle and if I was approved we could set up an appointment to sign the paperwork. Still they refused to answer me. Finally I just ignored them but I'm still receiving emails from them! I told them we have nothing more to speak about, never contact me again and I promptly put them on my block list (phone and email).
