The passing of my Father was a surprise and a very difficult time for me this past week. Out of town guests arriving, the lack of siblings, a bed ridden mother all contributed to my total angst. My Chef was recommended as a potential caterer for the post funeral luncheon. I called and within minutes a menu was emailed with many many options in all price ranges. Each question was answered promptly. I felt immediately that these people cared about me and were ready to help at this most difficult time. I chose the chicken breast and beef buffet with all the trimmings. THIS WAS AN OUSTANDING CHOICE!!. The food was delicious. Cold things were cold and hot things hot. The beef was truly outstanding and I heard so many positive compliments even from the farmers in the crowd who have corn-fed, home raised beef in their freezers!! The staff was exceptionally professional, polite, attentive yet unintrusive. the buffet was laid out with a good flow pattern. Many people also raved about the blue cheese green salad with the pear dressing and I agree that it was so refreshing to the palate. I did NOT have a single disappointment in using this firm.They also contacted our church directly and viewed the fellowship hall days before the event to avoid surprises. Total professionals and fantastic food and service!!!!!!!!!!
