From the minute I made an appointment through Joy, to meeting Dr. Logan and his staff, I felt that I had made the right decision in choosing this dentist. Unfortunalety, my previous dentist left me with a horrible taste in my mouth (pun intended)! Half way through my procedure he got sick and had to leave for the day. The office staff wasn't able to reschedule me for the completion of my dental bonding until two weeks later. He left my mouth with yellow stains on my two front teeth that were very unattractive. \r
(Trumpets sounding in the background) In comes Dr. Logan to the rescue. Joy scheduled me to see Dr. Logan almost immediately. He assessed my teeth and thoroughly explained my options; Joy further explained my insurance coverage and financial options, allowing me to make the best decision. I thought, for sure, I was going to have to be rescheduled for the treatment, but this is no ordinary dental office. This is a place were customer service is defined as making the patient happy, even if it means making a personal sacrifice. Dr. Logan worked through his lunch to fix the mistake of another dentist. He was cheerful, detail oriented, and most concerned about what I thought of my teeth when he was finished. He really cares about his patients!! Please make an appointment to visit Dr. Logan and his staff; you won't regret it.
