From the minute I made an appointment through Joy, to meeting Dr. Logan and his staff, I felt that I had made the right decision in choosing this dentist. Unfortunalety, my previous dentist left me with a horrible taste in my mouth (pun intended)! Half way through my procedure he got sick and had to leave for the day. The office staff wasn't able to reschedule me for the completion of my dental bonding until two weeks later. He left my mouth with yellow stains on my two front teeth that were very unattractive. \r (Trumpets sounding in the background) In comes Dr. Logan to the rescue. Joy scheduled me to see Dr. Logan almost immediately. He assessed my teeth and thoroughly explained my options; Joy further explained my insurance coverage and financial options, allowing me to make the best decision. I thought, for sure, I was going to have to be rescheduled for the treatment, but this is no ordinary dental office. This is a place were customer service is defined as making the patient happy, even if it means making a personal sacrifice. Dr. Logan worked through his lunch to fix the mistake of another dentist. He was cheerful, detail oriented, and most concerned about what I thought of my teeth when he was finished. He really cares about his patients!! I just don't know what it is about this dentist office, but I actually look forward to going - they make you feel like family. I used to put off my cleanings and now I look forward to it, like a relaxing day at the spa. I know, unbelievable, right? Well, I wouldn't take the time to write a review if I didn't think this office was special. I would feel guilty keeping it to myself because I never knew a dentist like this existed. My entire family goes to Dr. Logan's dental office in O'Fallon. His staff is great with kids and really listens to your concerns. The office is located in the WingHaven area of O'Fallon. I have never had to wait long for an appointment. The greatest thing is he is a pain-free dentist. He has been able to do some fillings without even needing to give me a shot because of a specialized tool he has. My young son and I neither one felt anything when he did have to give us a shot. His office is so different than every other medical office I have been in. It is nicely decorated and the staff is always friendly. I never feel rushed and Dr. Logan always answers all of my questions. He has amazing photos of before and after cosmetic dentistry cases he has done.
