A couple of hours after setting up an appointment with you to have my windshield replaced, I got a call from you. I thought the worse, thinking you were bailing on the appointment. Quite the opposite. Your mechanic was calling to ask if he could come by a little earlier than planned. Of course the answer was yes. Great service.
