Those words were not in my vocabulary when I started Dahn Yoga six years ago. In my mid-fifties, I had spent so much time taking care of my family, my job and everyone else that I hadn't made time for me. I was so stiff and stressed out back then. I got a lot out of the regular classes and within weeks began opening up and feeling more flexible and stronger. Before long, I was stretching and balancing in ways I never thought were possible -- and meditating! So hopeful and refreshing! I started saying ""I can do this"" to a lot more things -- not just in class but in my daily life too. I know my Dahn practice will keep me going for many decades to come.
