When my furnace stopped working, I phoned the company I’d previously utilized who’d been recommended by a friend. Although they’d already addressed the exact issue, more times than I felt a new furnace required, I always try a referral over blindly choosing a random company. Thankfully, in retrospect, this individual was unreachable. Considering the temperature inside my home was 50 degrees, I started researching companies on line and frantically grabbed my phone. The first company I called was unable to assist me for a minimum of 72 hours. My second call was to the Cooler Company. I spoke with Jennifer, who was sympathetic to my circumstances, worked with my schedule and arranged for a technician to come out that afternoon.
Jose showed up on-time, was professional, courteous, informative and most importantly, fixed my furnace! I must admit, I’m grateful the company I previously used was “unreachable” because I inadvertently discovered the Cooler Company, who will handle any further issues should they occur…I highly recommend them!
