In July of 2010 Gender Park Condominiums took on Myers Real Estate as their new property manager and what a positive difference they have made in a very short period of time! \r

Gender Park is one of the largest condo communities in the state of Ohio and the new Board of Directors is intent on making it an enjoyable place to live.\r

Like any other condo community there are rules and regulations in place for ownes and renters alike. Because of it's size and owner preference, rental restrictions were put in place to curtail the number of units that could be rented. \r

Designated parking is available for residents and overflow is available for guests. Blocking of garage doors is not permitted.\r

Pit bulls and mixes are not permitted and there is a new limit of 2 dogs per unit. There is no size restriction at the this time. If you own a cat, they are not permitted to roam the neighborhood. Owners and renters are expected to clean up after their pets, otherwise it could result in a fine. Trash cans are located in the front and at the back of the property near the dog run.\r

The pool and clubhouse is one of the cleanest in Columbus and is available to residents and their guests only. Clubhouse hours do vary depending on the season and is available to residents for parties for a fee.\r

I would encourage anyone who enjoys condominium living to check this place out. The grounds are beautiful and there are many nice neighbors!\r
