I am in total agreement with agnes.... there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at Village Kitchen -- whenever I call the phone # 530-221-5600 -- you get a recording that their representatives are currently helping other customers and to e-mail any requests to sales@villagekitchen com -- which all you ever receive from the e-mail is an automated response that someone will research your request and get back with you -- I placed my order and paid for it on 2/3 and have not had any response from the company whatsoever -- You never get to speak with a HUMAN BEING on their customer service line and their e-mail system is a complete JOKE -- but they sure are QUICK to take your MONEY but when do you ever receive your product -- well don't ask the company because you cannot get in touch with ANYONE -- I am wondering if the company even exists at all and they have basically STOLEN my money -- my next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau and report them for FRAUD or SOMETHING!! -- If you are considering placing an order with this ""so-called"" company -- think twice because I really believe it does not even exist!!
