If I had the option of giving 0 stars I would. I called Mezz Spa to book a massage for a groupon I had gotten. The first availability wasnt for a month. I booked it anyway. I waited til it got closer to my appointment and waited for a comfirmation call. After not recieving one I called them and realized I had missed my appointment. I appolgized and felt terrible and asked to reschedule. Lissa, the manager, simply said""no"". She said it was their policy to not rebook you if you did not ""show up "" to your appointment. I explained I was looking for a new place for a massage and I really would like to try them. Again, ""no"". I calmly said I would never come there. she responded by says""she would never want to to come there either and hung up the phone.
