My wife and I purchased a home in South Jordan five years ago. It was a new home and needed window treatments throughout the entire house. My wife decided to go with shutters and blinds. After reviewing several companies we chose Stanfield Shutters based on quality, selection, and price. We would now add customer service. In fact, I am quite suprised by the two negative reviews I read. I found Stanfield to be quite the opposite and thought to myself ""Really??"" That is not at all what we experienced. Since purchasing our home we have completed the basement and had it completely ""decked out"" with shutters from Stanfield. Both times they were timely on each, from measuring to installation. They said and did what they agreed to do. Their pricing was fair and had no hidden cost. We have had to make a few tighting adjustments to a couple of the shutters (for better closure using the side adjustment screws or by installing a small plastic washer at the shutter hinge). Also we recently had to replace a shutter on our bedroom door due to a crack at the hinge (caused by a gust of wind slamming the door against a table). I called Stanfield. They instructed me to take a picture of the damage shutter and email it to them. The very same day I was called back and was told the cost to repair the shutter and what steps I needed to take to get it done. The whole process was completed within a week and the cost was reasonable. I honestly can say that Stanfield is an exceptional company with dedicated employees who are committed to providing outstanding customer service! My contact was with Sandra and Chance.
