I've worked with TCF Equipment Finance for years leasing vehicles for use with my carpentry company. I shopped around before making a decision on this but TCF had very fair rates and I felt comfortable with my rep, Paul. Everything was explained thoroughly and I felt comfortable with the deal when it was finalized. I don't know what happened with other people here, but I didn't have a single problem with the financing process, I read the fine print and nothing had changed after signing. Believe me, if they changed something on me after signing I would have noticed and I wouldn't have stood for it.
I know it is difficult these days to get financing, I feel fortunate I already have a relationship with this company and that things are going well with them. Would I like lower interest rates? Certainly, but I am confident I am getting a fair deal with them now, so I'm not going to complain. I was referred to the company by a friend in the construction industry and I would pass on the referral to another friend.
